• Ads must be submitted no later than August 1, 2012.
• Acceptable file formats are EPS, TIFF, JPG, PDF or InDesign. Publisher files cannot be used.
• Please do not submit a PDF unless you adequately distill or export it appropriately for press output and color considerations.
• Pixel-based images must have a minimum resolution of 400 ppi.
• Please do not put a border around your design.
• If you are submitting a 2-color ad, please use black and magenta.
• Ads can be emailed.
• If the file1 exceeds 10 mb, please burn to a CD or DVD and mail to:

• Business cards can be submitted for an additional charge (your logo will be scanned from the business card, and any copy you wish to have for your ad will be included.
