Ads must be submitted no later than August 1, 2010

Acceptable file formats are EPS, TIFF, JPG, PDF or InDesign. Publisher files cannot be used.

Please do not submit a PDF unless you adequately distill or export it appropriately for press output and color considerations.

Pixel-based images must have a minimum resolution of 400 ppi.

Please do not put a border around your design.

If you are submitting a 2-color ad, please use black and magenta. Ads can be e-mailed to .

Business cards can be submitted for an additional charge (your logo will be scanned from the business card, and any copy you wish to have for your ad will be included.
